Kick the Sugar Challenge

Our challenge for the month of October is to "Kick the Sugar"!  We are rapidly approaching the Holiday Season and we all know how demanding our food options will be.  Our goal is to eliminate all sweets excluding fruits and other natural sugar producers.  So, no sugary drinks, cupcakes, cake, cookies, candy, ice cream, pies....you get the drift!  Let's fill our bodies with healthy whole foods with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. Along with this challenge let's try to be active during the week (at least 3-5 days) and have an active day with friends, family, or some type of support group to help achieve our goals. Only 25 days to go!! We can "Kick the Sugar"!
